WHAT IS IN THE MIND OF GOD???: FIND OUT HERE


The heart of the father contains the will of the father. The father in question here is God. God is our father and he has a special heartbeat for us. Just like he said in the old testament book of Isaiah 55:8-9"Verse 8(AMP)For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, says the Lord. Verse 9 (KJV):For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts." We are his children and his heartbeat for us is that of good and not of evil to give us an expected end. (Jeremiah 29:11).
In the heart, lots of thoughts keep going on,decisions are taken,changes are effected,corrections are made,pride is bred and beauty streams. These and many more are the conditions of the hearts of men and God Almighty is constantly searching it (Jeremiah 17:10). In this study, we are focusing on the heart of our heavenly father i.e God. From the places we have read, we have come to see that the heart of God the father is,

Merciful
Compassionate
Cheerful
Kind
Forgiving
Generous
Accepting
Accommodating
Comforting
In the father's heart, His will for His children is to know Him from the least to the greatest which is the reason for the promise in Hebrew 8:10-12,to put his laws in our hearts. The father of the prodigal son took a very important decisions amidst all the thoughts that were runners through his mind. In the same way,our return to God in forgiveness and repentance determines his readiness to accept us.

AMAZING FACTS FROM THE FATHER'S HEART
1.Sin keeps us outside the will of the father, repentance brings us in.(Proverbs 14:34)
2.Your confession of sin and repentance brings restoration but cover up of sin cannot help you. (Proverb 28:13)
3.God is ever ready to show you mercy but your return to him guarantees how quick his response will be.(2 Chronicles 7:14)
4.God does not want you to perish,hence He is therefore interested in your return to Him.(Ezekiel 33:11)
5.Never allow shame,evil communication, distraction, rejection, to keep you away from God.(1 Corinthian 15:33, Mark 8:38)
6.Because no one has the right to judge you, do not judge yourself as God has not yet rejected you. (Isaiah 55:8)
7.Humble yourself and present your case before God with a broken spirit and contrite heart. (Psalms 51:17)
8.God does not destroy man but a man who refuses to come to God destroys himself. (John 10:10)
9.Do not let your case become "too late" in God's presence, go to God now.(Isaiah 55:6-7)

If you carefully sing and meditate on the hymn "I gave my life for thee" (SS&S 621) you see God present his case to us concerning the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. God was able to give his son to a sinful world to die for them not knowing they will turn back or not. This is the ultimate sacrifice.
Jesus says,

Have we returned that love?.
Why not say this to Him;


Let us reflect and come back to him now that we might escape the wrath to come.
